As a retired married couple, carrying the anxieties of a current world health crisis, ongoing aged care problems, and failing bodily capacity to enact many simple daily home chores, we were fortunate to be introduced to Candice from Kai's Home Care Pty Ltd. From our first meeting, we were so appreciative of Candice's genuine understanding and consideration, not to mention her wealth of knowledge relating to after care help programs that were available and applicable to our relevant requirements. I must admit we were smitten by her desire to help and assist us in so many ways, and over our time with her, we looked on her more and more as " family" rather than an external care provider. Due to time passing and her company commitments, Candice introduced us to another of her companies care providers, Jennifer. Bingo − we soon found out Candice and Jennifer were like peas in a pod. Both shared their desire to help and assist in so many ways, and soon our reliance on Jennifer blossomed and grew. It was not unusual for us both to look forward to Jennifer's next visit, and we'd discuss getting her opinion on numerous matters of interest. We were so confident in her ability to help us. Words cannot describe the satisfaction we felt at the way both girls carried out their duties in cleaning and caring for our home over our time together. Their attention to detail was exemplary, and no request was ever questioned. My wife and I have nothing but praise for Candice and Jennifer, their professionalism and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend Kai's Home Care Pty Ltd to anyone looking for experienced professional home care, with that little touch of 'extra something'. Candice Peng (Kai-Hsing Peng) has supported my 92 year old parents since the start of March 2021. Candice's main duties are house cleaning, which she does very well. She is also very observant and willing to assist when she sees a need for my elderly parents. She is always prepared to do what is asked of her. Candice is extremely reliable and very proactive to make sure scheduling suits all concerned. I have been the main point of reference between Candice and my parents and I have always found her pleasant and professional to deal with. Throughout the extra challenges of covid, Candice has always been responsible and considerate of all health precautions. I am very happy to provide a recommendation for Candice and I wish her well in her desire to increase her client base.

I have found her very efficient scrupulous and attentive to detail in all that she does. Candice manages to be companionable without being either pushy or gossipy and is both adaptable and cheerful. She takes pride in her work and, during the shortages caused by the Corona Virus, has made efforts, above and beyond what I could reasonably expect, to meet our needs. I find Candice honest, reliable and trustworthy. Her ability to set herself up in business and her ability to train others to be employed in this business venture seems highly plausible to me, as I know her as an efficient and capable woman who shows enthusiasm for any task she undertakes.

She is genuinely a very polite, caring, reliable, and trustworthy person. Furthermore, and most importantly, Candice has a good knowledge of hygiene, which is especially important to the recent times, when we are dealing with a deadly virus. Generally, I am very pleased with the cleaning service she provides for me, as her work is of a high standard.
